Four large rust-red medallions each feature an eight-pointed star motif in the center of this rug. Wonderful animal and other tribal designs in burnt sienna, yellow ochre, and light ultramarine color surround the medallions on a navy blue field. The cream border and multicolored minor borders contain excellent detail considering the coarseness of the weave.
